Ingredients

  • 600 gms Ragi
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 4 Tsp Oil (For Roasting Ragi)
  • 300 Gms Roasted Groundnuts
  • 200 Gms White Sesame Seeds
  • 100 Gms Khus Khus
  • 5 Tbsp Coconut (Shredded Or Grated)
  • 200 Gms Jaggery (Powdered)
  • 2 Tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 4 tbsp Ghee

Instructions

Prepare a dough using ragi and salt.Spread the dough on a dosa pan and cook-drizzling little until done. Allow it to cool.Break the cooked ragi into small pieces and grind it in a mixer or food processor.Grind the roasted groundnuts coarsely.
In a separate pan, slightly roast the sesame seeds, then grind them.Follow the same process for khus khus.In a pan, roast the coconut with 1 tbsp of ghee until golden.
To the mixture, add the elaichi powder.Incorporate the powdered jaggery.
Add 3 tbsp of ghee and mix everything.Once the mixture is well combined, form them into lemon-sized simile.
