1. Launch Vaksana Events: 12 Events, 12 Months
We’re kicking off 2025 with a bang by launching Vaksana Events, a brand-new division dedicated to creating unique experiences for our guests. Imagine workshops, retreats, and celebrations hosted amidst the greenery of the farm. The first event, the Bucketlist Bootcamp, is scheduled for January 25 & 26. It’s a two-day residential retreat where participants will plant trees, meditate, feed farm animals, and craft a solid action plan for their biggest life goals. And that’s just the start! We’re planning 12 distinctive events, from stargazing nights to farm-to-table cooking workshops.

2. Construct an Event Hall
A dream space is in the works – a stunning indoor-outdoor event hall surrounded by lush greenery. This multifunctional venue will host workshops, serve as a dining space, and be a cozy hangout for guests. Whether it’s a yoga retreat, a corporate brainstorming session, or a lazy afternoon with tea and snacks, this hall will be the heart of Vaksana’s activities.
3. Corporate Retreat Program
Who says corporate retreats have to be boring? We’re inviting companies to escape their cubicles and experience the magic of Vaksana Farms. Our upcoming event space will be perfect for team-building sessions, leadership workshops, and strategy meetings. Bonus: The fresh air, green surroundings, and farm-fresh meals might just inspire the next big business idea.
4. School Children Program
Kids + farms = endless fun and learning! We’re designing customized programs for school and college groups that include hands-on activities like planting, harvesting, and feeding farm animals. From learning about organic food to exploring sustainable living, these programs will offer a refreshing break from classroom monotony. Plus, nothing beats the joy of seeing a child bond with a curious goat or a fluffy rabbit.
5. More Farm Animals
As if 13 species of animals weren’t enough, we’re adding more members to the Vaksana family in 2025. Say hello to camels, white pigs, donkeys, and buffaloes! Each of these animals brings something unique to the farm’s ecosystem, and we can’t wait to give them their own quirky corner of paradise. Noah’s Ark has nothing on us.
6. Build a Bigger Kitchen
Our current kitchen is bursting at the seams trying to feed our growing number of guests. Enter the new Vaksana Kitchen – a modern space equipped to cook for 100 people. With mechanized machines, ample storage, and a rest area for staff, this kitchen will be a game-changer. And yes, the food will be as delicious as ever (maybe even more).
7. Farm Stand: Trust-Based Shopping
In 2025, we’re introducing an unmanned farm shop based entirely on trust. Guests can pick up fresh produce, homemade podis, pickles, and other goodies, then pay via UPI. No staff, no fuss – just the charm of honesty. It’s an experiment in trust, and we’re optimistic that our guests will honor it (as long as the geese don’t meddle).
8. Start a Farm Podcast
The stories of Vaksana Farms deserve a wider audience, and what better way to share them than through a podcast? We’ll bring in inspiring farmers, authors, and sustainability experts for candid conversations. Expect insightful tips, heartwarming tales, and a sprinkle of farm humor. Spoiler: Our guinea pigs might guest-star.
9. Farm Road Trip
We’re hitting the road in 2025 to visit farms across the country, interview their owners, and document the journey. This road trip will culminate in a book packed with lessons, stories, and inspiration. Think of it as a travelogue with tractors and a side of organic farming wisdom.
10. Write a Book: ‘Fully Booked’
Calling all farmstay and boutique hotel owners! Our book Fully Booked will be a comprehensive guide to boosting bookings and creating unforgettable guest experiences. It’s based on our years of experience running Vaksana Farms and will be accompanied by a residential workshop in March 2025. Stay tuned for pre-orders and workshop registrations.
11. Grow Our Own Vegetables
Imagine plucking fresh veggies from the farm and having them cooked for lunch. That’s the experience we want to offer our guests in 2025. By growing most of our own vegetables and greens, we’ll take farm-to-fork dining to a whole new level. Guests can even participate in the harvesting process – Instagram-worthy moments guaranteed.
12. Reach 1 Lakh Instagram Followers
Social media has been a key driver of our farmstay bookings, and we’re aiming to hit the 1 lakh follower milestone this year. From reels of playful animals to stunning farmscapes, we’re doubling down on content that inspires, educates, and entertains.
13. Build a Strong YouTube Channel
Our YouTube channel will be a window into life at Vaksana Farms. Expect detailed farm tours, long-format storytelling, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes footage of our daily activities. Whether you’re a farm enthusiast or just love wholesome content, there’ll be something for everyone.
14. Read & Review 12 Books
In 2025, we’re diving into a book each month on farming, hospitality, and event management. But it’s not just about reading – we’ll share reviews and key takeaways with our community. Whether it’s tips on crop rotation or strategies for better guest experiences, these books will fuel our growth.
15. Automate Irrigation
We’re upgrading our irrigation system to a fully automated setup, reducing manual labor and conserving water. It’s smart farming at its best – efficient, sustainable, and time-saving.

Securing organic and small farm certifications is a priority for 2025. These badges of credibility will open doors to government subsidies and assure our guests of our commitment to sustainable farming.
17. Buy 2 Acres of Land
We’re expanding Vaksana Farms by two acres, bringing our total to 15 acres. This additional space will accommodate more crops, animals, and projects, setting the stage for our ambitious plans.
18. Loyalty Program
Our frequent guests are the heart of Vaksana Farms, and it’s time to show our appreciation. The loyalty program will offer exclusive benefits like priority booking, personalized discounts, and curated farm gift boxes.
19. Soil Tests
Healthy soil is essential for healthy crops. We’ll conduct soil tests to assess nutrient levels and make amendments as needed. It’s part of our commitment to sustainable, regenerative farming.
20. Dig Another Pond
We’re digging a new pond to store rainwater, support irrigation, and enhance biodiversity. Plus, the excavated soil will come in handy for constructing our event hall. Talk about multitasking!
21. Airbnb SuperHost Status
Achieving Airbnb SuperHost status is a key goal for 2025. It’ll boost our visibility, attract more guests, and solidify our reputation as one of India’s top-rated farmstays.
22. Learn Animal Wound Care
With a growing animal family, knowing basic wound care is crucial. We’ll stock a well-equipped first-aid kit and attend workshops to handle minor injuries in-house.
23. Build Proper Animal Shelters
Each new animal deserves a home tailored to its needs. From shaded areas for camels to cool shelters for pigs, we’re building comfortable accommodations for our growing menagerie.
24. Construct a Water Causeway
Flooding during heavy rains affects not just Vaksana Farms but also over 200 neighboring farms. We’re advocating for a government-constructed causeway to solve this issue and improve water flow.
25. Humans of Vaksana
Our guests have incredible stories, and we’re launching a series to share them. From life advice to travel tales, Humans of Vaksana will celebrate the people who make our farm so special.
